Small groups of 4 to 8 brothers around one theme, meeting every two weeks for a 10-week season. Choose the theme that calls you. A pod only runs once 4 men have signed up.

How pods work
- Pick a themeSign up for one pod a season, two at most. Signing up means you agree to show up, or to tell your pod before the call.
- It runs with 4 menSign-ups close a week before the season. Under 4, you're offered your second choice or the theme comes back next season.
- A holder holds itEvery pod has a holder who opens the call and checks in on you if you miss one. He isn't a therapist; he holds the space and you do the work.
- Can't make it?Post a short check-in in the pod chat. Miss three calls without a word and you're moved to resting, with a warm invitation to the next season.
- A clean endingThe last call closes the season. Renew, switch theme or rest. The open monthly brotherhood call is always there for everyone.
